Progressed from an unpaid trial period building early prototypes, through a paid internship where core production systems were built and shipped, into a current contract role focused on scaling and new product development. Across that arc: led the Voice AI vertical (VOAG) and built the company's RAG, WhatsApp automation, and generative media infrastructure.
- Client-facing: Joins client meetings as the voice AI lead — scoping use cases, walking stakeholders through architecture and trade-offs, and carrying agreed requirements into production.
- Cloud & data ownership: Administers GCP for VOAG and TechieMaya — least-privilege IAM, VM provisioning and hardening, cost control — and designed VOAG's complete relational SQL schema.
- Evaluation: Building call evals over recorded audio and transcripts — LLM-as-a-judge plus human review, with word-level language-confusion tracking across Indic languages.
